Neil King recently managed the sale of our family home in South Woodford. Their value as an agency is undoubtedly in their excellent local knowledge and many years of experience in the area. But also their highly personal, friendly, empathetic, professional and communicative service. Nothing was too much trouble/ everything was straightforward. And we would highly recommend their excellent team. Separately (though relevant we feel) is this little story we would like to share about Neil King: Years before we sold our property with Neil King, our Nan also lived in South Woodford and suffered from Alzheimer’s and for a number of years she used to be up and down George Lane most days. And our Nan would often pop in to Neil King’s offices for a sit-down and a coffee - nothing business-related, just a chat and a rest! We will always remember this generosity Neil King and his staff extended to our Nan which goes far above and beyond their role as an estate agent. We can all be good at our jobs, but Neil King is a special person and we love him for that and it is that empathy and personal approach which sets this agency apart - a real asset to the local community.
